Martín’s interest is in resolving social problems, particularly those related to economic development, that contribute directly to conflict. After receiving his Bachelor’s in International Relations at the University of San Andrés in Buenos Aires, he became coordinator of the Foreign Politics Commission for the Argentine Foundation for a Republic with Opportunities (FARO). He has contributed to a number of research and social projects with organizations such as the World Health Organization and the Population Research Center. He is currently with RHO Consultants, a company specializing in organizational change and development, to develop a governmental quality index. Martin hopes to help solve social problems related to his country’s economic development and is committed to improving those whose lives are impoverished.
