Parking

There is a large running race (the Tar Heel Ten Miler) happening around UNC’s campus at the same time as our conference so you may want to leave extra time for travel that morning. Here is a map showing which roads will be closed (click on it for a larger version). However please note that this map provided by the race does not show one-way streets. Typically we would encourage you to park below or right next to our building, in either the McCauley Parking Deck or the Beard Parking Lot. We can’t guarantee access to these lots due to the race but they may be accessible from McCauley according to the attached map throughout the race. Alternatively, UNC Parking is encouraging everyone to park in the Cardinal Parking Deck. We have arranged for accessible buses from Carolina Livery to shuttle you from the Cardinal Parking Deck to the FedEx Global Education Center between 7:30 and 8:30 AM and again at 12:45 PM. Or it is a short walk if you prefer.
